How do I track My Order?


Once your order is dispatched, We will send you email/ sms (depending on the information provided by you ) with Tracking Link. you can track your order through that.


Will All the Items in My Order Come Together?


For Logistical reasons, items from same purchase order may sometimes be sent in separate packages. For this Reason, don't be alarmed if you received one product before another. Know rest of your order is on its way to you. you will be receiving tracking details for each shipment.


What is your Returns/Exchange Policy?


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We request you to double check size before ordering the product.

Our Products are Made Uniquely for you, Hence we only offer Returns for damaged goods. In case there is a printing error or we sent you a size different from the one you had ordered, You might be eligible to Return the product and We can offer you Exchange or Refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (other than trying it on) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once Return is Approved we will send you Mailing Address.


When will I get Refund?

> If in an unlikely Situation, Refunding is Required, Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 Working days.


Why is My Refund Not Visible?


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
